Returns Policy

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order it's not a problem for you to exchange or return it. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, but we would ask that you return it ASAP.

Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in with the original packaging. All tags and labels MUST be attached. 

The procedure for online purchases is to please email us and request a ‘RETURNS AUTHORISATION CODE’. Returns will not be accepted or processed without a code.
This code should be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package which should then be returned to us by post. You are responsible for paying the cost of your return.

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will notify you and a refund will be initiated via your original method of payment through Shopify. 

You will receive a credit back into your account within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  This is something we have absolutely no control over as it is a banking process. You will receive an email from us to say you have been refunded but the funds may not reach your account for up to 7-10 days after that email.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for clothes have been washed incorrectly. We always advise washing at a maximum of 30 degrees with no conditioner in the detergent, and drying naturally and not in a tumbledrier.
